Meals-on-Wheels: Delivers 6 nutritious meals a week to homebound elderly. Included in this service is case assistance, light shopping/chore services, and escort services. 2. Senior Center: Offers educational, health, recreational, social programs and social services, as well as breakfast and lunch to area seniors. Open Monday through Saturday. 3. NORC Supportive Services Program: Helps elderly tenants of the Isaacs/Holmes Houses remain in their own homes through coordination of needed services, such as case management, case assistance and other services to help residents lead independent and vital lives. 4. Elders at Home: A unique telephone conference call program that provides homebound seniors with socialization, education and recreation.
