• Trusts: a trust can be an effective instrument especially if there is a disabled person involved and a Supplemental Needs Trust to protect those funds;
• Estate Planning: managing assets and tax liability with an eye towards the future;
• Finance Managing: making sure that all bills are timely paid and that there are no lapses in any services especially insurance protection along with review of financial statements;
• Medicaid Planning: protecting your assets wherever possible and assistance with the complicated application process;
• Medicare/Medigap: we will fight your battles against social security for your entitlement and benefits or against your private insurer. In addition, we are experts in the new Medicare Part D Prescription Plan coverage and can find you the most appropriate plan for your needs.
• Probate: our office will handle all matters regarding probate before the Surrogate Court. And make the process as painless as possible.
• Guardianship: a complicated legal process which is not always the best choice.
