Services:
Managed Long Term Care program for Medicaid or dually eligible adults who are over 65 years or over 18 and disabled.

Eligibility, including Geographic Areas Served:
Medicaid-eligible or Medicare and Medicaid eligible. We serve Manhattan, Queens, Brookyn and the Bronx.

Fees:
There are no fees. People with excess income Medicaid must pay the surplus to WellCare.
