Services:

Celebrating our 27th anniversary this year, SelectCare is a private, licensed home care agency that provides home health aides, companions and nurses to clients in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

In addition to direct care workers, we make every effort to access additional community services that support our clients’ wishes to remain in the comfort of their home for as long as possible. These services include physical therapy, visiting doctors, low vision specialists, financial services (including bill paying), geriatric care management, hospice and mental health counseling.

SelectCare service coordination and nursing supervision ensures each of our clients receives appropriate, compassionate care and individualized care plans. Our home care staff is hired according to the New York State Department of Health regulations and each applicant must pass a stringent interview/orientation process. As of 2012 SelectCare is able to complete Patient Review Instruments (PRIs) upon request.

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx boroughs

Fees:

Please call for rates. Private and long-term care insurance accepted when appropriate.
