Companions, Certified Home Health Aides, Skilled Registered Nurses, Physical/Occupational Therapists.

Special Services, patients diagnosed with: Dementia, Alzheimer’s, cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety disorders, diabetes, hypertension, and orthopedic problems.

Eligibilty:

Locations: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and Nassau County.

Languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and French Creole.

Fees:

$18 per hour, minimum 4 hours, HHA
$215 per day, 24 hour Live-In, HHA
Private Pay, MLTC Contracts, LTC Insurance
Medicare and Medicaid through Americare CSS Certified Special Services, based on eligibility
