The 80th Street Residence is the only dedicated facility in New York City specializing in enhanced memory care — and is the very first recipient in the nation of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's Excellence in Care Dementia Care Program Award. The 80th Street Residence offers seniors who are unable to live alone amenities and services with a specifically structured program for Residents with varying degrees of memory challenges. Each of the 8 floors is a unique home-like "neighborhood" designed to encourage Residents' participation in activities in a relaxed and comfortable setting. A secure outdoor courtyard and atrium terrace allow Residents to enjoy the beauty of the Upper East Side, while many outings to local museums, Central Park and such keep them connected to the city they love.Eligibilty:
