Brain Stimulation Program is specifically designed to meet the client’s individual cognitive strengthening needs. Client’s interests are discussed and incorporated into an individualized program along with recommended memory enhancement exercise and cognitive strengthening activities. The program is appropriate for any senior who wants to exercise their brain to improve functioning or anyone with early Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.In-Home Therapeutic Recreation provides social interactions, cognitive stimulation, and promotes independence for seniors who cannot or do not want to attend a senior center or an adult care program.
Geriatric Care Management assesses, organizes and monitors services in systems that are fragmented and puzzling. Helps caregivers in coping with demand and establishing short and long term plans for individual clients.
