Services:

SPOP’s services include mental health counseling in our mental health clinic, in clients’ homes and at senior centers; mental health assessment and referral; adult day center for adults with memory loss; day treatment program for older adults with severe and persistent mental; substance abuse and mental health treatment for dually diagnosed older adults; bereavement support groups for older adults who have lost a partner/spouse; entitlements assistance; and education and training

Eligibilty:

SPOP provides services throughout Manhattan. Each program serves a different catchment area; call for specific program eligibility.

Fees:

Varies by program. Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, sliding scale fees. Some services are free of charge. Call for specific program fees.
